N Is for Nicholas. M Is for Mia.
Nicholas Clements is a United States Army veteran and sole operator of N&M Towing and Recovery LLC. The business is named after him and his daughter Mia. The name on the truck is the name on the LLC, and both belong to people he is accountable to.
Every contract secured, every account built through a cold walk-in, every recovery completed without incident in a difficult service area, he does it with her in mind. This business is not built to scale fast and sell. It is built to be the kind of operation his daughter can point to. Vendors who build for permanence operate differently than vendors who do not.
This is his second towing operation. His first carried five trucks. He understands what over-extension costs and what disciplined account-by-account growth produces. Every client carried today is carried personally. Every job is priced with transparency on arrival. Every vehicle stays secured until documentation and payment are complete.
